Dr. Alper Özbilen is a technology strategist, author, and senior executive specializing in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and energy technologies. He combines an academic background in engineering and technology management, more than 17 years of public-sector experience, and nearly a decade of international private-sector experience.

Career and International Experience

Dr. Özbilen began his professional career as an engineer in the early 2000s, as digitalization was accelerating and reshaping global competition. After earning his MBA from Boston University in 2013, he further developed his expertise in management and entrepreneurship.
